Emergence, Inc. will handle rebranding for restaurant chain Bullets Corporation of America, including logo, signage, store interiors and packaging. Test stores featuring the new look will appear in select markets by the first quarter of 2003. Founded 10 years ago, Bullets competes in the "fast casual" segment of the food service industry, building itself around its Black Angus hamburgers. The move to re-brand the chain coincides with expansion plans for the Bullets chain. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Bullets operates 39 locations throughout the Southeast.
