Eric Mower and Associates (EMA) is working from the inside out with the promotions of Jennifer Osborne and Scott Brown.

In her new role as management supervisor, Osborne will continue to provide client counsel, develop strategic marketing plans and lead integrated agency team initiatives. She also will direct EMA's Georgia-Pacific account team. Since joining the agency's Atlanta office in 2002, Osborne has significantly contributed to the firm's relationships with a variety of clients, including Georgia-Pacific, Fedex/Kinkos, Wise Snacks and Eastman Kodak Company.

Brown, a four-year employee of the marketing communication agency's Atlanta office, will assume a variety of new responsibilities. "Scott will participate in department staffing, organization and daily operations," said Michael Cunningham, senior partner and executive creative director, EMA. Brown also will serve as a creative director on select accounts, including Georgia-Pacific Dixie Cups.
