Plan B Productions' Clay Walker has been awarded a 2005 Telly award for editing the video Oxygen Media, a portrait of NYC-based network Oxygen Media. Arlington-based PGI produced the piece and Hugh Drescher of Washington, DC-based production company Drescher Films, Inc. was the director. The completed video showed at the IBM PartnerWorld 2003 conference in New Orleans. Filmmaker Martin Scorsese was the keynote speaker at this event.
