James O. Brams, an Atlanta public relations practitioner, has joined KEF Media Associates, Inc. as manager of sales and marketing, where he will be responsible for expanding the company's client roster. Brams was most recently with iCD Media of Alpharetta, GA, where he served as a business development executive for nearly four years. Prior to joining iCD Media, he operated Media Distribution Services' Atlanta bureau for more than 10 years. Brams was a vice president for PR Newswire in New York from 1980 until 1991.
