Point B Celebrates 15 Years Point B Celebrates 15 Years

With boutiques opening up every day and fifteen minute flames constantly flaring and falling, solidity, consistency, and timeworn skill have become enviable traits. Point b

celebrated 15 years in the marketing agency world this November. The company opened in the mid 80s as strictly a custom publishing company but quickly learned integration was key. They proudly offer their consistent rate of growth, specifically 35% year to year revenue growth since their inception.

The anniversary became a celebration with three new signings – the Northwestern University Alumni Association (NAA) in Evanston, Illinois; the Taxware division of govONE Sol utions in Salem, Massachusetts; and First Data Resources, a division of First Data Corp., in Omaha, Nebraska. First Data, who processes and safeguards all types of electronic payment methods, has called upon Point b to assist in an employee communications initiative. Tactics include a motivational video presentation and collateral for the group’s 10,000 employees. Accor d ing to Point b’s Julie Campbell, the project will enable the creative team to “utilize the latest technologies, such as cutting edge 3D animation” in conjunction with the company’s experience in corporate internal communications programs.

The agency will work with Northwestern’s Alumni Association on the group’s identity and marketing objectives. Initiatives include developing a marketing strategy, a messaging platform, and a defined identity. The agency will serve in a consulting role for Taxware, recently acquired by another Point b client, govONE Solutions. Taxware, which handles tax consultation from calculation to post-processing, will use the agency for corporate branding, iden tity, messaging development, as well as go-to-market sales strategies.
