Communications 21 (c21) welcomed TM Capital Corp. as its newest account. The private New York based merchant banking and financial ad visory firm recently opened an office in Atlanta at Two Piedmont Center in Buckhead. C21 will provide media relations and executive exposure services working with TM’s Manag ing Director and Partner, James Stephen Grien and Principal Alexander C. Mammen.

TM has already had its hand in some pretty public Atlanta transactions. The company handled the Ritz Camera Center’s purchase of Wolf Camera and CIDCO’s pending sale to EarthLink. TM advises on mergers and acquisitions, takeover defense, debt and equity financings, as well as financial restructuring.
