Brought to life by sister companies HIP Interactive and Trend Influence, and hosted by midtown’s funky cous in eleven50, young professional hipsters turned up in droves to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Toys For Tots as part of the now annual event, Miracle on Peachtree.
Tom Corvin, formerly of WAGA Fox 5, acted as Master of Cere monies, and a special raffle included gifts from AirTran Airlines, Cartoon Network, Bill Hallman Stores, Ticket Pros, Agave Restaurant, eleven50, Sushi Clothing Company, The Four Seasons, Churchill Grounds Jazz Café and the Whole World Theater. Food was provided by Atlanta’s hottest – Mumbo Jumbo, Cherry, Spice, Park 75 at the Four Seasons and eleven50. Other contributing sponsors included an array of businesses from the graphics, audio, and video industries – Color Creations, 11th Street Communications, Special Projects Atlanta, Staging Techniques and The Wow Factory.
Over 1100 people were in attendance, bringing over 6000 pounds of food and 925 toys. Planning is already underway for 2002’s event.
