Soundbyte welcomed Kurtis Kwasny as Audio Post Production Assistant. Kwasny recently graduated from The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences located in Tempe, Az., where he obtained certification in Digidesign Protools and received an extensive education in analog and digital audio production, sound reinforcement and MIDI application.

The audio production company has also added a new music scoring suite, specifically designed for songwriting and composing music to picture. Composer John Roberts recently put the room to test where he composed original jazz pieces for TNT’s “Drama Is” Campaign. The spots, also mixed at Soundbyte, feature actors Whoopi Goldberg and Martin Short. Working with the Scott Benson Company, Roberts recently composed an orchestral type piece for a promo of Warner Bros. Soundbyte is currently working on the audio for CNN/Fortune Best Companies, an advertising piece produced by new company Springboard Creative. The show highlights the best companies to work for in tough economic times.
