Duffey Communications promoted two members of its client service staff. Jan Sisko assumes the position of Engagement Manager. She will oversee the strategic direction of client communications programs. In addition, Business-to-Business specialist, Laura Warkentin, became Senior Account Coordinator. Prior to joining Duffey, Sisko worked for a public relations consultancy in Atlanta, where she oversaw local launches of two websites. At Duffey, Sisko manages accounts such as Digital Envoy, Department of Defense and CyberCare. Warkentin has been with Duffey for two years working with clients such as UnumProvident and Colonial Supplemental Insurance.

Duffey expanded its healthcare portfolio with three new accounts. New additions to Duffey's client roster include Matria Healthcare, provider of disease management programs to health plans and employers; Porex Surgical Products, specializing in surgical products; and Premier Healthcare Network, an independent physician association. The agency's work for these organizations will range from strategic, public and community relations to public affairs, marketing and branding.
