WestWayne Catches Breath
WestWayne, Inc. has made a new acquisition. Beginning in June, WestWayne added direct marketing to its capabilities with the acquisition of breathinteractive. While breathinteractive will act as partner to WestWayne, Inc. on all direct and interactive marketing initiatives, the company will maintain its independent identity and client base.
According to WestWayne, breatheintertactive’s proprietary model, building living brands TM, which incorporates a strategic brand planning process to strengthen the brand/customer relation ship, was integral to the decision to acquire. Breatheinteractive’s four principals – Scott Hagedorn, Mickey Cohen, Heidi Klein, and Erin Greenwald, all formerly with 360i – have worked on a project to project basis with WestWayne since breathe’s inception in January 2001. The independent client base they will bring to WestWayne includes Circuit City, Cysive and HomeBanc.
