Apple opened a retail store at Lenox Square in early May. Salespeople will appease Apple aficionados with information about new applications like iPhoto, iTunes, or Mac OS X. Customers can also visit the “Genius Bar” for answers to any Mac related question. All of the Macs in the store are connected to the internet and several are connected to digital lifestyle products like iPod and other MP3 players, in addition to digital cameras, camcorders and handheld organizers. Apple’s retail stores carry over 600 third-party software titles for professionals and consumers.
