Crawford Post Production hired Terry Boyer as Commercial Spot Editor. Boyer will work primarily with advertising agencies and commercial production companies. Before joining Crawford, Boyer worked as a Senior Editor at Click 3x working with Atlanta ad agencies and weekly programming and promotions for national cable networks. Prior to that, he served as Senior Editor and Director of Post Production for Peachtree Post.

Crawford Communications Inc. is going to be making some sweet music. And they won’t be doing it alone. The company signed a five year contract with the Soundtrack Channel (STC), a new cable network. Crawford will provide complete television network origination services to STC, originating all content for the network from their facilities in Atlanta.

Under the agreement, Crawford will provide playback, satellite uplink, duplication, quality control, network log coordination and library services. Content for the channel will be delivered via PanAm Sat 3 and 8 satellites. With its launch, the network will be available in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Brazil and Latin America with plans for a U.S. launch currently underway.

STC is positioned as the cable destination for people who love movies, music and entertainment news. It is the only cable and satellite channel to feature music videos from movie and television soundtracks, including original movie soundtrack videos expressly produced for the channel.
