Not Your Typical Growth Plans on Ice
Four new, diverse clients mark a milestone for Ames Scullin O'Haire (ASO) as the company announces a more than 10% growth increase. Here's who's new on the ASO roster:
Disney On Ice joins the ASO roster. "Web sites really do work - when they show prospective clients your agency's true personality and capabilities," said Patrick Scullin, Creative Director of ASO. Feld Entertainment is Disney On Ice's presenter. Feld sought
information about ASO because
of Scullin's former position of Marketing Director for the Clyde Beatty-Cole Brothers Circus, which was featured on ASO's web site. Consequently, ASO was invited
to present strategic and creative work against stiff national
competition from New York and Boston firms, but prevailed to become agency of record for the entertainment giant. The firm has been charged with creating national campaigns, including television, print, radio direct mail, point of sale materials and outdoor, for
two new Disney On Ice events. Hannaford Stores, a high end, multi-regional food retailer with
114 stores in five northeastern states, asked ASO to create a new campaign for their Hannaford chain. ASO is no stranger to grocery store marketing since the agency already handles other stores in the Hannaford's parent company,
the Delhaize America Group,
including Kash n' Karry (since 1997) and Food Lion (since 2001). Hannaford Stores is based in Portland, Maine.
The Kodak Digital Group in Culver City, California, also selected ASO for a confidential strategic brand and creative exploratory project. "As much as I'd love to discuss this assignment from one of the world's most prestigious brands, our nondisclosure document prohibits any discussion," Tony O'Haire, Managing Partner of ASO mumbled while applying duct tape to his mouth.
Science Oriented Solutions (SOS), the only one of ASO's four new business wins based in Atlanta,
is the healthcare industry's
premier provider of outsourced medical sales and liaison services
to leading pharmaceutical companies. The agency has been tasked with creating and implementing
a strategic plan, including advertising, logo enhancement,
sales material and collateral.
