Duffey Communications added a dozen new clients, two new hires and one noteworthy promotion. Arlene Large, Duffey's fearless Account Manager, was promoted recently to Controller, as Dee Canitano, whose work will include interaction with a variety of Duffy accounts from Avery-Dennison to Mrs. Smith Bakeries joined the team as Account Manager. Wendy Aanes, previously of Art Papers and a former employee of the Atlanta International Museum also joined up as Account Coordinator.
New accounts for the Atlanta firm included LOSSRUNS, Easter Seals, the South Fulton Development Conference, Air Quality Sciences, and one of the southeast's leading intellectual capital law firms, Thomas, Kayden, Horstemeyer & Risley. Duffey's design division, Studio D, also received honors recently from the Printing Association of Georgia Awards for the creation of Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals' "People First" Program, and for Kenexa brochures.
