The rumors are true. Cats and dogs are sleeping together, people are waxing their skis in Hell, and the Atlanta Ad Club and The Creative Club of Atlanta have rebuilt the proverbial bridges and are merging. Well, the third one is definitely true, and according to the newly combined club's new Co-Presidents Thomas Kelly and Alex Van Winkle, it was not such a big or difficult jump to make.

"Both clubs had a lot of crossover members," says Van Winkle. "We just started to realize over time that our goals were coming closer together." "Creatives in the Atlanta community just were not getting the benefits they deserved," adds Kelly. "We took the strength of both clubs and combined them. In that way, we're building a stronger creative community, rather than just another club." According to both, names for the newly reconciled group are still in the works, and they are taking suggestions.
