Four new faces grace the Edelman staff roster this spring: Kenna Simmons, senior account supervisor; Kaci Kuhnhoff, account executive; Kristen Stone, account executive; and Laura French, assistant account executive.
Simmons will serve as a senior account supervisor in the custom publishing unit, working with such clients as Astra Zeneca and the Alliance for Health & the Future. She will assist in producing publications for Edelman's consumer and B-to-B audiences. Prior to joining Edelman, Simmons worked as managing editor at Georgia Trend, and she was founding editor of Catalyst Magazine.
Kuhnhoff has joined Edelman's consumer practice as an account executive, and has gained instant experience working on Tiffany & Co.'s Atlanta flagship store and Bloomingdale's entry into the Atlanta market. Prior to joining Edelman, Kuhnhoff worked as a publicist for CondŽ Nast Publications in New York.
Another account executive joining Edelman's Consumer Practice is Kristen Stone. Stone has already made an immediate impact with Edelman's sports marketing and entertainment clients, including the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, The Fox Theatre, Maggiano's Little Italy, and the Southeastern Flower Show. She arrived at Edelman from local Atlanta agency Hayslett Sorrel, where she was responsible for public and community relations for several organizations.
French will enter the Edelman family as an assistant account executive with the consumer practice. She will support a variety of national consumer brands, including Georgia-Pacific's Sparkle paper towels, Florida Crystals organic and natural sugar and Atlanta Bread Company. Prior to joining Edelman, French worked as a marketing intern at Atlanta's landmark shopping center, Lenox Square.
