n-tara, Inc. added Ralph M. O'Dell as senior vice president, business development to the firm's senior management. O'Dell will lead the company's global sales efforts and manage the strategic development of new markets and services.

Prior to joining n-tara, O'Dell founded and managed City Reach International, a data center operation serving eight cities and six countries in western and middle eastern Europe. As CEO/COO of the company, O'Dell arranged and led four pre-IPO funding rounds, which included the largest pre-IPO funding round ever completed in the European communication market.

A native of Tacoma, Washington, O'Dell spent three decades working and living outside the United States, where he held senior executive appointments with both foreign and U.S. corporations operating internationally, including Al Bayda Trading and Contracting, Harris Corporation and BDM International, and then returned to the states in 1996 to join the management team of Pacer International, Inc.
