SPIN in Growth Mode
SPIN picks up even more momentum in 2004, as the firm lands a few thousand miles north to create a new studio, SPIN VFX Vancouver. And the firm hit the ground running, sources say, with work on Stephen King's new miniseries, Kingdom Hospital. Headed by Emmy-nominated artist Doug Campbell, the Vancouver studio was created to serve SPIN's increasing business in television and film work. Campbell, formerly of GVFX Vancouver, is an experienced VFX artist with more than 20 years' experience. As a leading Inferno artist, Doug's credits include "Stargate SG-1" (SciFi Channel), "Dead Like Me" (Showtime) and "Jeremiah" (Showtime). His most recent work can be seen on the Disney feature film "Miracle" starring Kurt Russell.
