BBDO for President
At BBDO Atlanta, some happenings of "presidential" scale rule the summer, as
the agency presents a monolithic list of hirings, as well as a brush with the Oval Office by
way of Georgia's favorite homegrown celebrity.
First, the BBDO Atlanta team recently worked with the Jimmy Carter Library and
Museum and The Carter Center to produce a variety of work for the museum's May
through August exhibition of The White House Collection of American Crafts. The
exhibit featured more than 70 handmade art and craft pieces created by America's
leading artists objects actually displayed throughout the White House during the
Clinton administration. The BBDO team created print ads, online banner ads, and
banners for the exhibit, as well as several radio spots and PSAs read by President Carter
himself.
BBDO also made a good-sized hiring grab recently. Listed here are the new

Nannan Ding, research consultant, recent MBA graduate of Goizueta Business School
at Emory University;
Andrea Fenton, account executive, formerly with the Muscular Dystrophy Association
as program coordinator;
Dave Galligos, senior art director, formerly with Austin Kelley as
art director;
Julia Hardy, vice president, management supervisor, formerly with Y&R as vice

supervisor;
Suzanne McMonagle, senior account executive, formerly with J. Walter Thompson as
account representative;
