Atlanta Invades Scandinavia
BrightHouse enters the great white north this summer as the firm opens its first
office in Denmark, in a partnership with Danish firm Living Brands. The satellite's
name: BrightHouse Scandinavia.
Three executives will lead
BrightHouse Scandinavia: Peter Brockdorff, former president of StarCom Denmark; Per
Monberg, former executive and cendant of dotzero, and Daniel Soren, former account
director at Leo Burnett Denmark.
BrightHouse Scandinavia already has established relationships with many Danish
companies, say firm sources, and expects to land a number of international clients in
partnership with the BrightHouse headquarters here in Atlanta. The firm currently serves
a number of large international clients including Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola
Company, Georgia Pacific, Brown-Forman, and Hitachi Data Systems.
"BrightHouse Scandinavia is a major step in BrightHouse's goal to build a
network of locally-based companies that will operate with a global mindset," said Bill
Miller, President and COO of BrightHouse. "As we have here in the U.S., we look
forward to working with CEOs and business leaders in Northern Europe and around the
globe who have the desire to re-invent their businesses through the power of ideas."
