Creative resources firm Hire Profile hires three itself, as talent profiler Virginia Duff and new business development managers Linda Lindsey and Nancy Bielenberg join the team.

In her role as talent profiler, Virginia manages and tracks all of Hire Profile's creative professionals, screens and presents talent to customers, cultivates client relationships and uncovers new projects. Virginia has held management positions in large and small companies for more than fifteen years. Her role in management included marketing, account management, sales, training, hiring, and employee evaluations on a day to day basis.

As new business development manager, Linda Lindsey's brings a thirteen-year background in sales and marketing to her role with Hire Profile. Her position includes building client relationships, new business development and client services.

Nancy Bielenberg joins Hire Profile with over fourteen years of broadcast television experience, a cache of work that includes experience as technical director for an ABC News affiliate, project manager for the Discovery Channel, executive producer for Craig Miller Productions, and director of sales and marketing for Wide Open Pictures and Synergy Films. Additionally, Nancy was an integral part of the development of BBM.net, a royalty-free music website.
