MaxMedia Snags Gold
MaxMedia Design took home two Gold American Marketing Association Atlanta Marketer of the Year (AMY) Awards in the Interactive and Search Engine Marketing
categories. MaxMedia was
awarded a Gold in the Interactive category for designing and
developing an interactive website that promoted and gathered information for Chevrolet, the largest division of General Motors. The website was a targeted, nationwide contest designed to promote Chevrolet's ten new vehicles while offering a free trip for ten contestants to the Essence Music Festival. This was MaxMedia's second year
providing an award winning
interactive website for this annual event.
MaxMedia received a
second Gold in the Search Engine Marketing category for Myers Carpet, Dalton's oldest carpet retailer. MaxMedia was brought in by Myers to develop a search engine marketing campaign to position them as the preeminent carpet company on the web. In only five months, Myers now
handles over 30% of their rapidly expanding business through the Internet.
