Intellimedia Does A 360 Intellimedia Does A 360 360, Inc., a privately owned marketing firm founded in 1995 by Joel Babbit and Mark Goldman, acquired Intellimedia Commerce, a provider of e-commerce Internet solutions. Intellimedia's high level of technology and design expertise complimented 360's commitment to providing the most comprehensive marketing tools available. Intellimedia develops Internet solutions that allow clients to conduct transactions and communicate with employees, customers, vendors, trading partners, and shareholders. 360's clients will gain increased access to nontraditional forms of media, like the Internet, for marketing and advertising.
Babbit, Chairman of 360, recognized that there is an increasing demand for a firm that provides a full range of creative communication services. Goldman, President of 360, believes that adding Internet solutions to the list of their services will heighten the perception that 360 is both creative and technologically advanced. Ben Dyer, President of Intellimedia Commerce, feels that the two companies will have a symbiotic relationship. 360's marketing power and creativity will help Intellimedia while they will lend their technological skills to 360. Following the acquisition, Babbit will remain Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Goldman will be President and Chief Operating Officer, and Dyer will serve as Chief Financial Officer and Director of e-commerce.
360 recently promoted Ellen Dracos to Senior Vice President of Marketing. Dracos will supervise three brand managers and four project managers, she will manage client relations and new business development, and she will be responsible for managing ten agency accounts including The Home Depot, Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey Circus, Hayes Microcomputer Products, and IBM. Dracos also works pro bono to market The Atlanta Women's Fund and Atlanta's Outward Bound Center.
