Babies whistle at Big Mouth Effects Company. Ogilvy & Mather hired Big Mouth to post and create the visual effects for a Food Lion commercial spot. Big Mouth Editor David Clair off-lined the spots. FLINT/FLAME Artist Dave Sarbell created the visual effect of a baby whistling realistically and humorously. Halle Griffee, Senior Broadcast Producer at Ogilvy & Mather, handled agency oversight of the project.
TBWA Chiat/Day of Jacksonville, FL returned to Big Mouth to post six :30 regional spots for Nissan. Clair cut the AVID off-line and the spots were conformed and visual effects were added on the FLINT by Sarbell. Animator and Graphic Designer Gus Wartenberg created "Spawn-like" text treatments for Nissan's "Battle of the Bay" spot. Big Mouth Partner/Composer John Lambert created the original music and sound design for "Battle of the Bay."
Henderson Advertising of Greenville, SC, also hired Big Mouth to complete FLINT effects and audio mixing on a :30 spot for Hollywild Animal Park located in South Carolina. Hollywild showcases furry four-legged movie stars. Stephen Cocks, Big Mouth Creative Director, provided the special effects, rotoscoping, and even made dog drool disappear on the FLINT. Lambert created and mixed the soundtrack.
The Butin Group from Nashville, TN, returned to Big Mouth to post :30 and :60 First American Bank spots. FLINT/FLAME Artist Sarbell provided the spots with some stylized text treatments. United Parcel Service Producer Russ Ensley stopped by Big Mouth to complete a motivational video. Cocks and Sarbell both worked to create the extensive FLINT elements, which included compositing, matting, and multi-layered scenes. Also, UPS's James Rowe came by for some title treatments created by Sarbell.
