The National Black Arts Festival is a 10 day event that features entertainment venues for different artistic disciplines including music, dance, theater, film, literature, performing arts, visual arts, and folk arts. The event will take place at a variety of venues throughout metro Atlanta, July 10-19. Roy Communications will execute a public and media relations program to reach out to all communities, signifying the festival's theme, "Art Beyond Borders."
