Kearns Joins Magick Lantern Kearns Joins Magick Lantern AVID Editor Jennifer Kearns has set up shop at Magick Lantern. Kearns is regarded as an enthusiastic and creative Editor, and a favorite of many commercial directors. Director Jim Collins of D.H. MacGuffin Films in New York believes Kearns always tries to find innovative ways to sharpen the edge. Kearns edited many of Collins' Director's cuts including spots for BMW, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, St. Pauli Girl, and Jefferson Pilot. Other commercial clients include Charter Medical, Cotton States, Rhodes Furniture, and Apple Computer. Kearns has also edited music videos, documentaries, and independent films. Most recently, she edited the documentary for the National Prisoner of War Museum in Andersonville, Georgia. Magick Lantern built a new suite for Kearns and her AVID.
