Funky Cowboys in the Hot Spots Funky Cowboys in the Hot Spots Funky Cowboy Films' most recent projects have brought them from the desert of New Mexico to the hot night spots of Miami Beach. German band Bell, Book & Candle hired Funky Cowboy Films to shoot a video in and around Albuquerque. Two days shooting Super 8 for various story layers around Albuquerque included the airport, a small hotel, a cemetery, residential neighborhoods, and filming on Red Mesa in the Zia Pueblo Indian reservation. After a great day shoot, they started setting up for the night time lighting and rain effects. The effects looked great with several UFO sightings reported over the desert that night!

Funky Cowboy then relocated to Miami Beach for a shot with the band Chili. Their Manager, Frank Faria, famous for managing and producing La Buche and Milli Vanilli, wanted two days of 35 mm in four locations, driving shots, and a big club scene. With only four days to prepare, Funky cowboy Films pulled it off and Frank and Chili went home happy.
