New Manager at WPBA New Manager at WPBA Kevin Harris, President of public broadcasting consulting group The Kevin Harris Group, and former Program Director of KQED/San Francisco and WGBH/Boston, was named Manager of Television Services for WPBA-TV. Harris had been a programming consultant to WPBA for the past nine months, and will now work out of the WPBA offices. Milton C. Clipper, Jr., President/CEO of Public Broadcasting Atlanta, believes Harris is one of the best programmers in the country, and he has helped WPBA immensely over the past year. According to Nielson prime time audience surveys, WPBA has registered the largest public television prime time increase in the country. Harris, whose innovative style of programming made KQED/San Francisco the most watched prime time public television station, will continue serving as program consultant to KQED, KAKM/Anchorage, New Hampshire Public Television, KVIE/Sacramento, and KNPB/Reno. Harris graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a B.S. in Telecommunications.
