New Media Buyer And PR Head With Idea New Media Buyer And PR Head With Idea Mark Gatza and Dagan Sharpe recently joined Idea Associates, Inc. to head up the media and public relations departments. As Media Buyer, Gatza will be responsible for monitoring select publications for industry trends, developments, and opportunities for the clients of Idea Associates. Gatza will also work directly with the account executives to ensure effective media placement. Trained in advertising, Gatza brings practiced experience in mass marketing to the position. Previously with Bozell Worldwide Advertising, Gatza's skills in research, client relations, and media will greatly benefit the promotion of Idea Associates' clientele.
Sharpe, Public Relations Director, will foster client and media collaborations, aid in implementing marketing campaigns, develop and distribute client publicity, and monitor the various media facets for proper client representation. Trained in public relations and journalism, Sharpe served as Southeast Manager for Ray Rickles and Company, a local publishing representative firm. Sharpe is practiced in client and media relations, sales, marketing promotions, and the various forms of mass communication. Sharpe has worked with, and helped to expand, the marketing efforts of such multi-million dollar companies as James Hardie, Celotex, AAA, and Oxford University Press.
