Sawyer Riley Compton (SRC) hired MaDora Frey as a Graphic Designer, Geoffrey Miller as an Assistant Account Executive, and Shannon Turner as an Account Executive in the advertising department. Frey's responsibilities include graphic design for the Delta Apparel, HyPaz Technologies, and James Hardie Building Products accounts. Prior to joining the agency, Frey worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, and as a Graphic Designer for EAI and Elemental. During her time with EAI, Frey worked on the IBM, Coca-Cola, and Equifax accounts. Frey has received a scholarship and numerous awards for her work. Frey graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor of fine arts in 1993, and then completed her graduate studies at the Portfolio Center, in Atlanta.

As an Assistant Account Executive, Miller will work on both advertising and public relations for the agency's Elanco Animal Health account. Prior to being hired by SRC, he served as a Corporate Sales Representative for HoneyBaked Ham Company, and as a Marketing and Operations Consultant for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. In 1995, Miller received a bachelor's degree, in English, from the University of the Pacific.

Turner will spearhead the day to day operations for the agency's Eaton account. Prior to joining the agency, Turner was employed by the Buntin Group, an advertising, marketing, and public relations agency located in Nashville, TN. Turner also has worked as a Sales Representative for WUTK-FM, in Knoxville, TN.

Beyond adding three new employees, SRC promoted Joyce Alacrón to Junior Media Planner. Her primary responsibility is media planning for the Dow Corning Corporation account. Alacrón also assists the agency's Senior Media Planners with the James Hardie, Gold Kist Farms, NationsCredit, and Delta Apparel accounts. Alacrón arrived at SRC in 1994, after gaining several years of experience in the advertising departments of the Atlanta Journal & Constitution and the Chicago Sun-Times.

Solutia, producer of Acrilan fibers for Wear-Dated upholstery fabrics, has selected SRC to create a campaign that will increase consumer awareness of Wear-Dated as an upholstery brand. Ashlee Cribb, Wear-Dated's Marketing Manager of Home Furnishings, notes that SRC is enthusiastic and able to provide creative solutions within a limited budget.
