Braindance Begins With A Bang Braindance Begins With A Bang September marked the name change of marketing firm NewsLetters Plus to Braindance, as well as a spectacular ribbon cutting ceremony at their new Midtown location. With a large crowd of media and industry peers on hand to witness the ribbon cutting ceremony and tour the new hi-tech facility, President Moira Shanahan was eager to explain the reason for changing names from NewsLetters Plus to Braindance. "Our services have evolved far beyond the name NewsLetters Plus," Shanahan said of the company which has grown from two employees to fifty and now includes services such as sales strategies and on-line content development for web sites, intranets and other electronic applications.

Not only did the firm flex it's marketing muscles designing it's "team approach" workspaces, allowing for information sharing and continued hi-tech growth, but it flexed it's creative muscles as well. Between the colorful chairs and couches, the hand-crafted metal Braindance logo sculptures which bring the conference room to life and the funky signs that point employees and guests to their proper places, it's easy to see Shanahan's is a place where a lot of ideas are going on. She agrees, "We've been braindancing so much over here, trying to create a proactive spirit to drive our clients' business, my head hurts."
