Meanwhile, Post Modern Editorial's Matthew Gore, Darla Gore, and Rob Mottola recently returned from Dorado, Puerto Rico after completing a project for MCI Telecommunications. Before the start of the journey, Post Modern cut three videos for the event including a sales contest video that featured Desmond Llewelyn, the actor who plays the role of "Q" in the James Bond film series. Matthew Gore flew to London to supervise the shoot with Llewelyn, ensuring all angles and elements were captured.

The trio provided on site post production services for recognition videos and audio visual design and support for the events during MCI's Peak Performance Awards weekend. Twice a year, MCI treats the top members of its sales team to this extravagant recognition program. Working on a AVID Media Composer set-up in their hotel room in Puerto Rico, the editors cut four more videos highlighting the weekend's events. The videos then rolled on the final night of the event during the awards ceremony. Post Modern's Effects/Graphics Supervisor Myron Vazquez composited all of the graphics for the secret agent sales contest video and designed the awards ceremony graphics package. Upon returning, Mottola immediately began to edit a 30 minute commemorative video which will highlight the entire weekend. The production took the crew on an extensive tour, working in San Juan, Old San Juan, Dorado and Cerromar Beaches, Isla Grande, and aerial views from a helicopter. This is the third year MCI has chosen Post Modern to complete this project

Post Modern Editorial, Inc. editors Darla Gore and Christine Deckel have teamed up once again with Turner Classic Movies Senior Producer Charlie Coates to cut two promotional interstitials. Gore and Coates worked together to complete an installment of TCM's "Director Of The Month" featuring the films of Ingmar Bergman. Along with it's regularly scheduled time slots on TCM, the piece was shown at the Montreal World Film Festival in conjunction with the festival's Bergman tribute. Deckel and Coates and TCM's Sean Cameron also collaborated on an edition of TCM's "Star Of The Month" featuring John Wayne. Hosted by veteran character actor Harry Carey, Jr., who made a total of eleven pictures with "The Duke," the piece features several scenes in which Wayne and Carey appear together. Carey worked with the producers from his home in Durango, CO and also recorded his voice over from there. Both pieces were posted at AVR 77 in Post Modern's AVID II and AVID III suites.
