Jack & Associates Wins Big Jack & Associates Wins Big Jack & Associates was named the advertising and public relations agency of record for Kaplan Companies' Georgia Division and Crown River. Kaplan Companies, based in New Jersey, has been in the residential home building and development business for almost 50 years. Kaplan Companies founded a Georgia Division based in Marietta in order to expand their single family residential presence in Atlanta. Crown River, developed by Richard Krebs of Crown Properties and marketed by Metro Bokers/Better Homes & Gardens, is a new custom home community.

Jack & Associates also recently won two awards in the 1998 IAFE Hall of Honor Communications Awards and five awards in the 1998 Professionalism Awards. Jack & Associates won "Best Black & White Newspaper Ad" and "Best Color Print Newspaper Ad" in the Hall of Honor Communications Awards sponsored by the International Association of Fairs & Expositions. The Professionalism Awards, which are sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales and Marketing Council, recognizes excellence in building, marketing, and remodeling in the Atlanta area. Jack & Associates won a gold award for "Best Advertising Campaign- Developer" and silver award for "Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion-Developer" for programs created for Jim Cowart of Jim Cowart, Inc. The agency also won two silver awards for "Best Advertising Campaign-Builder," "Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion-Builder," and "Best Community Service Project" for Wilmont Williams of The Williamscraft Group.
