Madison Agency Acquires Chadz Madison Agency Acquires Chadz Madison Agency announced in December they acquired Chadz Model & Talent Management. Madison is now a full service model and talent agency, offering commercial on camera talent as well as fashion and lifestyle print, convention, and special event models. The agency has now separated into divisions. Teresa Kellar will oversee the print division and show division, as well as manage the daily operations of the agency as Principal Partner. Marjorie Cortez was appointed Director of the Special Events division. Heather Mihalik will head up the commercial division.
