Denise Manning joined WestWayne as the Office Services Manager. She previously worked for TNT and Cartoon Network Latin America as Manager of Administration. Alison Miller was hired as an Assistant Account Executive on the BellSouth account. Miller came to the firm from Long Haymes Carr Advertising where she worked as an Assistant Account Executive on the RJR-Winston account. Lynn Hawkins joins as Director of Art Services. Before joining the agency, she owned One Character, a supplier to ad agencies in Atlanta. Mary Beebe was hired as the Director of Traffic. Before joining the agency, she was the Director of Traffic at BBDO South. Jim Poyner joined as Print Production Supervisor. Margaret Noxon was hired as a Senior Media Buyer and most recently worked at Jay Advertising on the Buick account. Danica Walker joined WestWayne as a Senior Producer. She was a freelance producer in Atlanta before coming to the agency. Elizabeth Haden was hired as a Broadcast Production Assistant. She previously worked with AttorneysAtWork, an Internet search firm, on the company's advertising and marketing.

Ryan Stafford joined WestWayne as a Junior Copywriter on the Salem account. Prior to joining the agency, he freelanced in Atlanta and was a writer with FKQ in Clearwater, FL. Maxamina Muro was hired as a Creative Assistant. She worked in entertainment and was an advertising intern at Ground Zero before coming to WestWayne. Formerly, Nelson was an Associate Creative Director at Pagano, Schenk and Kay in Boston. Other recent promotions include Taylor Crawford, promoted from Junior Art Director to Art Director; Craig Jelniker, promoted from Junior Producer to Broadcast Producer; and Brian Jordan, promoted from Traffic Manager to Print Production Supervisor. Brad Oates was promoted from Administrative Assistant to Broadcast Traffic Manager, handling trafficking for BellSouth Mobility account.
