Atlanta Film & Video Festival Dates Announced Atlanta Film & Video Festival Dates Announced IMAGE Film & Video Center has announced the dates for the 23rd Atlanta Film & Video Festival, June 12-20, 1999. The Atlanta Film & Video Festival showcases the best in independent film and video, featuring premiere screenings of award winning works, informative seminars, educational panel discussions, and special guest appearances by filmmakers, video artists, actors, and media professionals from around the world. Over $50,000 in cash and equipment rental prizes will be awarded to work selected for the festival.

The festival is pleased to welcome back the Independent Film Channel as a presenting sponsor for the fourth year of sponsorship.
