Johnson was selected by Turner Broadcasting to write, produce, and direct a video birthday card celebrating Ted Turner's 60th birthday. The project involved video shoots throughout the country, and included interviews with business leaders, entertainers, and politicians, including two presidents of the United States. In addition to special projects for Turner Production, Johnson, former Vice President, Associate Creative Director at Bozell and Pollak Levitt Chaiet, added several cable TV networks to his client roster. Recent projects for those clients include promotional radio and television spots for 31 Days of Oscar on Turner Classic Movies, Image ID's for The Weather Channel, and on air promotions for Starz!.
