I've Got Some Real Estate in Denmark I've Got Some Real Estate in Denmark Denmark Advertising & Public Relations was recently honored with two Gold "Nationals" Awards for marketing excellence by The National Association of Home Builders' National Sales and Marketing Council. The National Awards Ceremony, held in Dallas, TX, judged more than 900 entries from across the nation. Denmark took Gold National Awards in the categories of Best Realtor Promotion and Best Web Site for BridgeMill, a golf community in Cherokee County, Georgia.

Denmark also received five Silver National Awards in the categories of Best Sales Center, Best Overall Advertising Campaign, Best Web Site, Best Realtor Promotion, and Best Direct Mail. They also received six Regional Awards for Best Direct Mail Piece, Overall Advertising Campaign, Special Promotion, Web Site, Information Center and Black & White Ad over 1/2 page.

Denmark has expanded the agency to incorporate a new division specializing in the marketing of retail and shopping centers. The new Retail Division will provide services for developers of mixed-use developments. Masa Liles will lead this new division. Prior to joining Denmark as Vice President/Retail, Liles most recently served as Executive Director of Buyer Relations and International Development for AMC, Inc, the world's largest trademart/tradeshow organization for the gift, apparel, and home furnishings industries. Denmark's Retail Division has already won the SG Design and Yubaca accounts, as well as a new mixed use development to be announced early in spring. Rounding out Denmark's management team is Senior Vice President Jennifer Nickell.

The Account Services department has also expanded with the addition of Courtney Trunkfield as Account Executive. Trunkfield comes to Denmark from DCA Advertising, Inc. in New York. Denmark was recently selected to develop the marketing communications for Orange Shoals GreenBelt Community in southeast Cherokee County. Orange Shoals is an innovative community, being the first in Georgia to be designated a wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.
