UniTel will operate as TransMedia Messaging in the United States and will eventually adopt the name worldwide.

Other additions to CBC's client base include Nexchange Corporation, an Atlanta electronic commerce company, and Future Horizons, Inc. Headquartered in Atlanta, Future Horizons software is helping organizations like NexTel Communications, MARTA, and Miami Dade Water improve operational efficiency and customer service.
