Weber Is Off To Disney World Weber Is Off To Disney World The Atlanta office of Weber Public Relations Worldwide was named agency of record for the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI). Weber will assist TAPPI in launching an educational campaign highlighting the industry use of science and technology in such areas as sustainable forestry, paper recycling, and manufacturing. The TAPPI exhibit, opening later this year in late summer or early fall, will run for 21 months in the Innoventions attraction at Epcot® in The Walt Disney World® Resort.
Weber added Donia Halusky Crime as a Senior Account Manager. Crime has five years public relations experience, and has developed and implemented public relations and media relations programs for clients in the consumer product, food, health care, marketing, retail, and sports industries. Crime will be working with clients including Atlanta Gas Light Company, Cryovac, and JERZEES. Previously, Crime served as Account Supervisor at Tortorici & Company, Inc. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Crime moved to Atlanta after earning her degree from the University of North Florida, and is working on her masters degree at Georgia State University.
Weber also recently added two new Account Supervisors, Kimberly Ryan and Bob Bartels. Ryan has more than nine years experience in public relations and public affairs. Previously, Ryan held account service positions at HHH Public Relations in Atlanta. She also worked as a Public Affairs and Broadcast Specialist for the Georgia Army National Guard. As a full-time Broadcast Specialist, her videos aired nationally on CNN, ABC, CBS, and NBC.
Bartels will be responsible for managing public relations activities for several clients, including Atlanta Gas Light Company, JERZEES, and the QUIKRETE Companies. Prior to joining Weber Public Relations Worldwide, Bartels served as Public Relations Director for Huey Cook & Partners. Additionally, Bartels conducted media relations and special events planning for the Association of Graduates of the United States Military Academy in conjunction with the Academy's bicentennial celebration.
