Hood Adds to Tech Roster Hood Adds to Tech Roster Hood & Associates added two new tech accounts to their roster. Optio Software has retained the agency to develop a branding campaign, and Ashford International is relying on Hood to introduce its On-Call service. The campaign for Optio Software includes print ads, direct mail, and collateral. Optio Software provides data output solutions that produce customized information without changing application codes. Hood & Associates is creating a marketing campaign to introduce Ashford International On-Call, a new service that ensures no break in computer systems, no matter the location.
In addition to these new tech accounts, Hood has also been working on a spring advertising campaign for Lockheed Georgia Employees Federal Credit Union (LGEFCU). The campaign includes billboard, radio, and print ads, as well as point of sale materials in branch offices. Founded in 1953, LGEFCU now serves more than 53,000 members worldwide. In addition to Lockheed Martin Corporation, it provides financial services to approximately 190 other select employer and association groups.
Hood has also been busy providing services for OmniMetrix and Birmingham Steel. OmniMetrix is based in Duluth and builds remote monitoring systems for use with emergency power generators, un-interruptable power supplies, and power converter systems for clients worldwide. Birmingham Steel ranks among the country's leading steel producers serving U.S. and foreign markets with steel reinforcing bar and merchant steel products. The agency is working with the Alabama based manufacturer on repositioning and addressing new marketing opportunities.
Hood welcomes Renee Pitchford as an Account Coordinator. This Atlanta resident is a Mississippi native and brings a background in communications and health care public relations to the agency. She is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.
