(GBA) recently completed a merger with SourceLink Business Services, Inc., an affiliate of Jordan Industries, Inc. Gordon Bailey, President of GBA stated their clients would benefit because of the expansion of current services while providing additional production services that are competitively priced. No management, personnel, or operational changes are planned. Bailey will remain as President and CEO of GBA. SourceLink Business Services, Inc. is an affiliate of Jordan Industries, Inc., a private, diversified holding company comprised of over one hundred thirty five companies. SourceLink, a business group of ten affiliated companies provides integrated direct marketing services in the United States and Canada.

GBA has also entered a marketing partnership with WIKA Instrument Corporation of Lawrenceville. WIKA manufactures mechanical and electronic pressure instruments, temperature instruments, and diaphragm seals for customers in more than 100 countries and employs over 2,500 people worldwide. GBA will help develop a strategy to grow while laying the groundwork for expansion into new markets.
