The Best of Sawyer Riley Compton The Best of Sawyer Riley Compton Sawyer Riley Compton was recently presented with a "Best of NAMA" Merit Award for a spread campaign the agency created for Elanco Animal Health, a division of Eli Lilly & Company. The awards were presented by The National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA). The "Best of NAMA" Awards acknowledge creativity and excellence in agricultural marketing and communications. The Elanco ads won first place in the Southeastern regional awards before they advanced to win a "Best of NAMA" Merit Award. The campaign, which consists of four ads, promoted Elanco's antibiotic Micotil®, a product used to treat cattle with bovine respiratory disease. The ads appear in National Cattlemen, BEEF, and numerous other national and regional publications.

SRC debuted a new consumer print campaign for James Hardie Building Products in May. The campaign features four-color spreads targeting home buyers and home remodelers. In appearance, the ads are comparable to pictures from a family photo album. Shot in Florida, the campaign captures the warm feeling homeowners often associate with parenting or childhood. The ads are in May issues of Southern Living, This Old House, and Sunset, and will run through December 1999. James Hardie Building Products, based in Mission Viejo, California has been an agency client since 1997.

SRC recently promoted Geoffrey Miller to Account Executive. Before joining SRC one year ago, Miller was a leadership consultant of Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity and a corporate sales representative for The HoneyBaked Ham Company. SRC hired Tiffani Bell as a Media Supervisor. Bell will oversee media planning for all of the individual properties for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, as well as several other accounts including Delta Apparel and Gold Kist Farms. SRC added two Assistant Media Planners, Sarah Huey and Tom Pringle. Huey is charged with researching and assisting in the development of media plans for a variety of accounts including Solutia, Inc., Delta Apparel, and Gold Kist, Inc. Pringle will do the same for the Eaton Corporation, James Hardie Building Products, The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Gateway, and Destination Properties.
