Ted Fabella Joins Interactive Planet Ted Fabella Joins Interactive Planet Interactive Planet, Inc. (IPI) appointed Ted Fabella as Creative Director. In his new role, Fabella will oversee IPI's staff of designers and information architects, strengthening IPI's offerings in the areas of branding and corporate identity. Prior to joining IPI, Fabella ran his own agency and had also served for five years as Creative Director at Wages Design, a corporate identity and graphic design firm. Throughout his more than fifteen years in the creative industry, Fabella has won national and regional awards for graphic design, including recognition from Communication Arts magazine and the New York and Los Angeles Art Directors' Clubs. Fabella is also a frequent guest speaker, and has contributed materials to periodicals such as Oz, Step by Step, and Creative Review. Fabella is an instructor at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, where he teaches courses on logo and corporate identity creation. He completed his BFA in Graphic Design from the Atlanta College of Art, and is an elected member of the Advisory Board at the Art Institute of Atlanta. Fabella has also served on the board of the Atlanta chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA).
