Braindance Founder Moira Shanahan has named Samuel Horgan as the company's President. Shanahan's new title will be CEO. Horgan brings to Braindance more than 25 years of financial management and leadership. Most recently, Horgan was a consultant with Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, in Atlanta, where he provided financial management advice to organizations in transitions. Prior to that, he was CFO and Treasurer for OAO Technology Solutions, where he led the company through its initial public offering. While at the Atlanta-based travel giant Worldspan, Ltd., Horgan managed international and US finance, administrative and purchasing functions for the $600 million organization, operating in 26 countries. Before moving to Atlanta, Horgan was Vice President of Finance and CFO for Computer Task Group Inc., in Buffalo, NY. He is a member of the Financial Executive Institute and the Business and Technology Alliance.
