How to submit your entry for the Atlanta Film & Video Festival

The deadline for the Atlanta Film and Video Festival 2000 was February 4th, so you've missed the boat to submit for this year, but there's always next year! Listed below are the festival's application guidelines;

1. All works must be submitted on 1/2" VHS (NTSC system only) for prescreening. Please do not send film reels or master copies of material.

2. All works submitted must be available by April 14, 2000 for inclusion in the festival.

3. A completed entry form must accompany your entry and must be sent to IMAGE prepaid.

4. Works in progress will not be accepted.

5. Sponsored works (such as training films or commercials produced for a client) will not be considered.

6. You may only submit one copy of each work for consideration. We will not replace your original submission with an upgraded version after the deadline unless your work is selected for exhibition during the festival.

7. IMAGE will provide return envelopes, shipping, and postage for all domestic entries not selected for screening.

8. Please do not send publicity materials with your initial submission. If your work is chosen, support materials will be requested.

9. Send your material in a bubble envelope. Material sent in fiber-filled envelopes often break, and will be returned unopened.
