National Video Center Establishes National/Atlanta AUX TV National Video Center Establishes National/Atlanta AUX TV

National Video Center/Recording Studios Inc. has launched National/Atlanta AUX TV, a facility based design/production entity focused on design driven, digital production services to clients in broadcasting, advertising, and corporate marketing and promotion. National’s expansion into Atlanta is spearheaded by George Battocchio, Vice President and General Manager of National’s successful Westport, CT facility, home recently to the ESPN Sports Century project. The AUX TV core team is comprised of names well known in the Atlanta Television community. John Levy, most recently Senior Sales Representative for Crawford Digital, is Executive Producer/Managing Director. Joining him as Creative Director is Mark Falls, former Creative Director of DesignEfx, who began his career with Tibor Kalman at the now legendary M & Co. Award winning Editor Michael Tew, formerly of Todd-AO Editworks, and Operations Manager Elizabeth Moates, formerly with Crawford Post, round out the team.

A hybridization of a production location, design studio and post production facility, the physical facility features numerous design stations, edit bays and a 3,000 square foot visual effects stage, all designed under the guidance of National Video’s Vice President of Technology and Engineering, Jonathan Applebaum. It is located in the Virginia Highlands section of Atlanta. Battocchio recognizes the Atlanta market is sophisticated and trendsetting. “They know how to make TV here in Atlanta, and National’s AUX TV is looking forward to being part of the community.”
