Definition 6, a business consulting firm with a focus on Internet Technology, has appointed Michael Shenk as CFO. A financial systems expert, Shenk will oversee all financial systems for Definition 6 and its WebsiteforFree.com division. Shenk began his career as a financial analyst with The Home Depot, eventually moving to the Italian Design Group as controller. He has also served as CFO for Gamson Metal Industries, where he managed all operations and financial responsibilities. Immediately prior to joining Definition 6, Shenk founded The Numbers Group, a business that helps small to mid -sized companies create and improve financial systems and provides bookkeeping services.
