Two Kilgannon McReynolds' campaigns, one for radio and the other for the Internet, have recently received awards from several marketing and Industry programs. The Bank Marketing Awards presented the agency with a "best of radio" award for its "Just Right Banking" radio campaign for Tucker Federal Bank. The Tucker Federal campaign also received a finalist award in the achievement in radio (A.I.R.) awards in the "Best advertising" category. The agency's interactive work for "Leave a Legacy" was honored at ShowSouth as well as at the 1999 WebAwards Web Site Competition. "Leave a Legacy" is an initiative of the Georgia Planned Giving Council and the National Society of Fundraising Executives created to worker with non-profit groups to encourage people to make charitable donations.
Southern LINC's Informance Solutions will take its ad campaign to the Web. Created by Kilgannon McReynolds, the rich media, interactive campaign is scheduled to launch in February. Informance Solutions is a new technology in the wireless communications market provided by Southern LINC. The interactive campaign is designed to drive traffic to the southern LINC Web site can provide information to customers that could not be conveyed via traditional media. The online effort is the second component of the introductory campaign which broke last year. The campaign features outdoor, print, radio and direct mail in 25 markets across the Southeast. The online portion of the campaign will consist of banners that will appear on such sites at the Weather Channel, Access Atlanta, and Alabama Live. It will also rotate over the Double Click and Rivals.com networks.
