Communication management firm, The Rountree Group, recently promoted two staff members and hired another. Aimee Platt and Beth Garland were both promoted from their Assistant Account Coordinator positions. Platt is now an Assistant Account Executive and Garland is now an Account Coordinator. Platt will be responsible for media relations, producing editorial materials, research and day to day account activities. Garland will help develop media lists, assist with special events and provide account support.

Rountree also hired Greg Martin as a Senior Account Executive. Martin will be responsible for the day to day planning, budgeting, and program implementation for a number of clients. He was most recently a staff writer with the Athens Daily News and Athens Banner-Herald.
